摘 要: 為解決鈦/鋁復(fù)合軋制時(shí)變形不協(xié)調(diào)問題,對(duì)電磁感應(yīng)加熱和軋制過程進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了鈦、鋁兩金屬在溫差約600 ℃以上的條件下軋制復(fù)合,并通過有限元模擬研究了板坯溫度和壓下率對(duì)鈦/鋁復(fù)合板的變形協(xié)調(diào)性能和結(jié)合強(qiáng)度的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)鈦板加熱溫度為850 ℃、壓下率在30%~48%范圍內(nèi)時(shí),隨著鈦板加熱溫度升高和壓下率的增加,鈦板和鋁板的變形協(xié)調(diào)性得到較大改善。當(dāng)鈦板溫度為850 ℃、軋制壓下率為48%時(shí),復(fù)合板結(jié)合強(qiáng)度達(dá)到77 MPa。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of uncoordinated deformation of Ti/Al in composite rolling, the experiments were implemented on the process of electromagnetic induction heating and rolling, titanium and aluminum were rolled and combined under the temperature difference above 600 ℃, and the effects of plate temperature and reduction rate on deformation compatibility and bonding strength of Ti/Al composite plate were studied with finite element simulation. The results show that, when the heating temperature of titanium plate is 750-850 ℃, the reduction rate is 30%-48%, the deformation coordination of titanium plate and aluminum plate greatly improves with the increase of heating temperature and reduction rate on titanium plate. When the temperature of titanium plate is 850 ℃, the rolling reduction is 48%, the bonding strength of the composite plate reaches 77 MPa.
