摘 要: 氧化礦和二次資源難以采用成熟的浮選技術(shù)對其中重金屬資源進(jìn)行回收,而通過硫化技術(shù)的預(yù)處理,可使物料中生成可浮性較強(qiáng)的重金屬硫化物。硫化技術(shù)中,中高溫焙燒技術(shù)可對重金屬進(jìn)行硫化,在提高硫化率的同時(shí),改善物料的物化性質(zhì)。因此,硫化焙燒技術(shù)的效率高、適用性強(qiáng),廣泛應(yīng)用于難選物料的預(yù)處理。本文結(jié)合重金屬的硫化反應(yīng)熱力學(xué)分析,通過硫化焙燒在氧化礦和二次資源的研究實(shí)例,歸納焙燒條件對硫化物的生成和分離性質(zhì)的影響,從“硫化的最終目的是金屬的有效分選”的角度出發(fā),指出硫化焙燒技術(shù)應(yīng)完善的研究內(nèi)容,并對未來的技術(shù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行展望。

Abstract:It''''s difficult to use flotation for heavy metals recovery from oxide ore or secondary resource. But through the pretreatment of sulfidation, heavy metal sulfides, with strong floatability, can be generated in the material. In sulfidation technology, heavy metals can be sulfidated in the medium-high temperature roasting atmosphere, which can improve the sulfidation rate of heavy metals and physicochemical properties of the material. Therefore, the sulfidation roasting, which has high efficiency and strong applicability, has been widely used in the pretreatment of refractory materials. By combining the thermodynamic analysis of the sulfidation reaction of heavy metals and the research examples of sulfidation roasting in oxide ore and secondary resource, the influences of roasting conditions on the formation and property of heavy metal sulfides were analyzed. Then, from the standpoint that the ultimate goal of sulfidation is effective separation of metals, the research contents of sulfidation roasting that should be perfected in the future were concluded, and the future technological development was prospected.
