AZ91D/6061雙金屬復(fù)合界面的相組成及熱力學(xué)

摘 要: 利用固/液復(fù)合法將液態(tài)6061鋁合金熔體包覆AZ91D鎂合金半固態(tài)坯料,制備出AZ91D/6061雙金屬復(fù)合鑄錠,分析了不同外熔體溫度對界面顯微組織的影響,研究了界面相的形成、元素擴(kuò)散及其熱力學(xué)與動力學(xué)。結(jié)果表明:復(fù)合界面主要分為三個區(qū)域,其相組成主要有Al12Mg17和Al3Mg2兩相;通過計(jì)算兩相的熱力學(xué)和動力學(xué)參數(shù)可知,由于Al12Mg17相所需的活化能比Al3Mg2相的低,所以Al12Mg17優(yōu)先于Al3Mg2生成。另外,界面反應(yīng)擴(kuò)散層是由界面反應(yīng)和擴(kuò)散反應(yīng)協(xié)同控制完成。

Phase composition and thermodynamics of AZ91D/6061 bimetallic composite interface

Abstract:Using the solid/liquid composite method, AZ91D/6061 bimetallic composite ingots were prepared by coating AZ91D magnesium alloy semi-solid billet with liquid 6061 aluminum alloy melt, and the effect of the temperature on the interface microstructure was analyzed, and the formation, the diffusion of the elements and the thermodynamics and kinetics of the interface were investigated. The results show that the composite interface is divided into three regions, which are composed of Al12Mg17 and Al3Mg2 phases. By calculation of the thermodynamics and dynamics of two phases, Al12Mg17 is less active than Al3Mg2, so Al12Mg17 is first forms before Al3Mg2. In addition, the interface reaction diffusion layer is completed by the interface reaction and diffusion reaction.
