利用赤泥去除水中污染物的研究進(jìn)展

摘 要: 赤泥作為一種大宗礦業(yè)固體廢棄物,含有豐富的金屬氧化物/金屬氫氧化物,同時(shí)具有豐富的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)和較高的比表面積。經(jīng)過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單改性處理后,可以作為一種低成本的水處理材料有效地去除水體中的污染物,同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)以廢治廢的目的,具有良好應(yīng)用前景。近些年來(lái),利用赤泥去除水中污染物的研究受到了廣泛關(guān)注,本文分析了赤泥的來(lái)源、組成和性質(zhì),介紹了赤泥改性活化的方法和活化機(jī)理,列舉了應(yīng)用赤泥去除不同污染物的實(shí)例,闡述了其去除機(jī)理,最后在以往研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了利用赤泥去除水中污染物的不足之處和未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。

Research progress on removing pollutants from water by red mud

Abstract:Red mud, as a solid waste produced in the aluminia refining process, contains abundant metal oxides/hydroxides and has rich pore structure and high specific surface area. After simple modification, it can be used as a low-cost water treatment material to effectively remove pollutants from water. Meanwhile, it can achieve the purpose of “treatment of wastes with wastes” and has promising application prospects. In recent years, the use of red mud to remove pollutants from water has attracted wide attention. In this paper, the source, composition, and properties of red mud were analyzed, and the modification and activation methods and the underlying mechanism of red mud were also introduced in detail. The application studies of red mud to remove pollutants were listed, and the corresponding removal mechanisms were expounded. Finally, on the base of previous studies, the shortcomings and future development trend of using red mud to remove pollutants in water were put forward.
