摘 要: 以硝酸鈷和氫氧化鈉為原料,在純水體系下采取一步水熱法合成出具有立方體形貌的Co3O4粉體。利用X射線衍射、場發(fā)射掃描電鏡、傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀及透射電鏡對樣品相結(jié)構(gòu)及微觀形貌進行分析。結(jié)果表明:在不同Co2+和OH-摩爾配比下,通過水熱時間調(diào)整,均能生成單一的Co3O4相。期間產(chǎn)物經(jīng)歷了從Co(OH)2至 中間相混合相再至Co3O4的相結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變,中間相能否產(chǎn)生是Co(OH)2能否轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镃o3O4的關(guān)鍵。產(chǎn)物的微觀形貌相應(yīng)于相結(jié)構(gòu)的變化經(jīng)歷了由片狀Co(OH)2向立方體形Co3O4的轉(zhuǎn)變,立方體形形貌的產(chǎn)生歸因于溶解再結(jié)晶過程。

Abstract:Cubic cobalt oxide (Co3O4) was synthesized from cobalt nitrate and sodium hydroxide by one-step hydrothermal method in a pure water system. The phase structure and micromorphology analysis of the sample were studied by using XRD, SEM, FT-IR and TEM. The results show that under different molar ratios of Co2+ and OH-, a single Co3O4 phase can be generated through hydrothermal time adjustment. During the period, the product undergoes a transition from Co(OH)2 to mixed phase to pure phase Co3O4. The generation of mesophase is the key to Co(OH)2 to the transformation of Co(OH)2 into Co3O4. The micro-morphology of the product has undergone a from platelet cubic Co3O4 corresponding to the change of phase structure, and the generation of cubic micro-morphology can be attributed to the dissolution and recrystallization process.
