摘 要: 通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)暴曬實(shí)驗(yàn),研究T2紫銅和H62黃銅在西沙海洋大氣環(huán)境下分別暴曬3/4、1、2、和4 a的長(zhǎng)周期腐蝕行為。利用SEM觀察表面、截面腐蝕產(chǎn)物以及去除腐蝕產(chǎn)物后的腐蝕形貌,并分別用EDS及XRD對(duì)腐蝕產(chǎn)物的元素分布及相組成進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,紫銅和黃銅均發(fā)生了嚴(yán)重的腐蝕,4 a內(nèi)其平均腐蝕速度分別為5.90和5.88 μm/a;紫銅表面發(fā)生了均勻腐蝕,腐蝕產(chǎn)物由內(nèi)層致密的Cu2O及外層的Cu2Cl(OH)3組成;黃銅發(fā)生了明顯的脫鋅腐蝕,腐蝕產(chǎn)物主要為ZnO和Zn5(OH)8Cl2·2H2O,腐蝕產(chǎn)物層下的基體為20~50 μm厚度不等的脫鋅層。

Abstract:Long period corrosion behavior of copper T2 and brass H62 after atmospheric exposure in Xisha islands for 3/4, 1, 2 and 4 a was investigated. The surface and cross-section morphologies, the elements distribution and phase compositions of corrosion products were observed by SEM, EDS and XRD, respectively. The results indicate that copper and brass undergo severe corrosion. The average corrosion rates for copper and brass in 4 a are 5.90 and 5.88 μm/a, respectively. The corrosion type of copper is uniform corrosion, a double layer structure is observed: a compact Cu2O inner layer and a porous Cu2Cl(OH)3 outer layer. Dezincification processes with zinc preferentially dissolution are evident in brass, the zinc-rich corrosion products ZnO and Zn5(OH)8Cl2·2H2O are the predominating patina. Under the corrosion products, there exists a layer of pure copper originated from dezincification with the thickness of 20-50 μm.
