摘 要: 以六水氯化鎂、氨水以及巰基乙胺等為原料,通過氣體擴(kuò)散反應(yīng),采用自組裝單分子膜誘導(dǎo)法制備三維(3D)球狀多級結(jié)構(gòu)的Mg(OH)2。利用掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射分析(XRD)、比表面(BET)等測試手段對產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明,獲得的Mg(OH)2具有微球狀結(jié)構(gòu),其平均直徑約為7 μm,由大量彎曲的納米薄片相互交織而成,且具有2~5 nm單峰孔尺寸分布; SAMs誘導(dǎo)獲得的球狀Mg(OH)2的形成機(jī)制是形核—長大—自組裝過程。通過精確控制Mg(OH)2的熱分解過程,可得到球狀、三峰多級結(jié)構(gòu)的MgO。

Abstract:Mg(OH)2 with 3D spherical and multi-level structure was synthesized by a self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) method, which was controlled through a gas diffusion reaction process using magnesium chloride, ammonium hydroxide and cysteamine as raw materials. The structures and morphologies of the products were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and specific surface measurement (BET). The results show that the prepared Mg(OH)2 has a micro-spherical structure with an average diameter of 7 μm. The Mg(OH)2 spheres consist of a large amount of interconnected nanosheets and show a unimodal pore-size distribution located in the range of 2-5 nm. The formation mechanism of spherical Mg(OH)2 induced by SAMs is nucleation—growth—self-assembly process. Moreover, MgO with spherical and multi-level structure with three peaks can also be obtained through precisely controlling further thermal decomposition of Mg(OH)2 microspheres.
