摘 要: 為了建立AB/BC分餾萃取理論,采用理論分析法建立AB/BC分餾萃取體系的基本關(guān)系式,提出出口分量、出口分?jǐn)?shù)、有效分離系數(shù)和萃取參數(shù)的計算方法。采用計算機動態(tài)仿真法研究TmYb/YbLu分餾萃取體系的產(chǎn)品純度、出口分量、出口組成、分離系數(shù)和各級的兩相組成。結(jié)果表明:產(chǎn)品純度相對誤差在(-3.0~ 10.0)×10-7范圍內(nèi),萃取參數(shù)的計算方法是正確的;當(dāng)進(jìn)料量為1 mol/min時,出口分量誤差在-50.0~50.0 mmol/min范圍內(nèi),出口分量的計算結(jié)果是準(zhǔn)確的;出口組成的誤差在(-15.0~10.0)×10-7范圍內(nèi),AB/BC分餾萃取理論是可靠的。萃取段有效分離系數(shù)的相對誤差為3.53%;洗滌段有效分離系數(shù)的相對誤差為0.00%。

Abstract:In order to establish the theory of AB/BC fractionation extraction, the basic relations of AB/BC fractionation extraction were established by theoretical analysis method. And then, the calculation method of outlet components, outlet ratios, effective separation factors and extraction parameters were presented. The product purity, outlet components, outlet composition, separation factors and rare earth composition both in aqueous and organic phase at every stage of TmYb/YbLu fractionation extraction system were studied by computer dynamic simulation. The results show that the relative error of product purity is within the range from -0.000030% to 0.00010%, so the calculation method of extraction parameters is correct. The error of the outlet components is within the range from -0.0000005 mol/min to 0.0000005 mol/min when the feed amount is 1mol/min, hence the calculation result of the outlet components is accurate. The error of the composition of the outlet is within the range from -0.0000015 to 0.0000010, therefore, the theory of AB/BC fractionation extraction is reliable. The relative error of the effective separation factor in the extraction section is 3.53%, while the relative error in the scrubbing section is 0.00 %.
