摘 要: 有色金屬是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性材料,是國防軍工和新科技革命的戰(zhàn)略性物資。有色金屬冶金面臨嚴(yán)重的資源、能源和環(huán)境問題,已成為我國有色金屬工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的瓶頸。有色金屬資源循環(huán)是國家戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要組成,是促進(jìn)有色金屬工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑。本文系統(tǒng)介紹了有色金屬資源循環(huán)的學(xué)科和理論基礎(chǔ),詳細(xì)闡述了有色金屬資源循環(huán)方法,并分析對比了國內(nèi)外資源循環(huán)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展。針對我國有色金屬資源循環(huán)專門性科研機(jī)構(gòu)—中南大學(xué)資源循環(huán)研究院,詳細(xì)介紹了其在“城市礦產(chǎn)”綠色循環(huán)、稀貴金屬清潔回收、資源循環(huán)過程強(qiáng)化和材料循環(huán)再造等方面的創(chuàng)新研究工作。最后,對有色金屬資源循環(huán)未來發(fā)展前景和方向進(jìn)行了展望。

Abstract:Non-ferrous metals are the basic materials for the development of the national economy and the strategic materials for the national defense industry and the new technological revolution. Non-ferrous metallurgy faces serious resource, energy and environment problems, which has become a bottleneck for the sustainable development of non-ferrous metal industry in China. Non-ferrous metal resource recycling is an important component of the development of national strategic emerging industries and an effective way to promote the sustainable development of non-ferrous metals industry. In this paper, the discipline and theoretical basis of non-ferrous metal resources recycling are systematically introduced, the recycling methods of non-ferrous metal resources are elaborated, and the application progresses of resource recycling technology at home and abroad are analyzed. The innovative researches of Research Institute of Resource Recycling at Central South University on the green circulation of “urban mine”, the clean recycling of rare metals, resource recycling process enhancement and material recycling are introduced in detail. Finally, the future development of the non-ferrous metal resource cycling is prospected.
