摘 要: 針對(duì)鎂合金表面單一水滑石膜開(kāi)裂嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題,采用植酸對(duì)其進(jìn)行后處理,制備水滑石/植酸復(fù)合膜。利用掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀、傅里葉紅外光譜儀及電化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)等分析手段,研究植酸pH值對(duì)水滑石/植酸復(fù)合膜微觀形貌、組織成分以及電化學(xué)性能的影響,探討水滑石/植酸復(fù)合膜的成膜機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:植酸后處理可以改善膜層裂紋,植酸pH值影響水滑石/植酸復(fù)合膜的致密性及化學(xué)組成;當(dāng)植酸溶液的pH值為7時(shí),水滑石/植酸復(fù)合膜最致密,膜層耐腐蝕性最優(yōu)。

Abstract:In view of the serious cracking of the single hydrotalcite film on the surface of magnesium alloy, the hydrotalcite/phytic acid (LDHs/PA) film was prepared by phytic acid post-treatment. The morphology, chemical composition and electrochemical property of the film were studied by means of SEM, XRD, FT-IR and electrochemical experiments. The formation mechanism of the film was discussed. The results show that the phytic acid post-treatment can improve the crack of the LDHs film. The pH value of phytic acid has effects on the compactness and chemical composition of the LDHs/PA film. When the pH value of phytic acid is 7, the LDHs/PA film is the densest and the corrosion resistance is the best.
