摘 要: 應(yīng)用透射電鏡研究國內(nèi)外5083鋁合金H116態(tài)退火組織中第二相的形態(tài)和微觀結(jié)構(gòu),觀察到三類不同形態(tài)和晶體結(jié)構(gòu)的第二相。第一類為具有單斜結(jié)構(gòu)或偽四方結(jié)構(gòu)的板條狀η-Al5(Mn,Cr)相,國產(chǎn)5083鋁合金組織中該相含量較多;第二類為具有正交結(jié)構(gòu)的棒狀A(yù)l6(Mn,Fe)相,國產(chǎn)和國外的5083鋁合金組織中該相均可見;第三類為具有單斜結(jié)構(gòu)的球狀或不規(guī)則形狀θ-Al45(Mn,Cr)7相,國外5083鋁合金組織中該相含量較多,此類單斜結(jié)構(gòu)的θ-Al45(Mn,Cr)7相易產(chǎn)生 或 孿晶和 共軛面。同時(shí),利用Al-Cr二元相圖和Al-Mn-Cr三元相圖解釋了5083鋁合金H116態(tài)退火組織中第二相的生成機(jī)制以及它們的形態(tài)對(duì)加工性能的影響。

Abstract:The morphology and microstructure of the second-phases in a 5083 aluminum alloy with H116 temper condition from both domestic and foreign were investigated by TEM. Three types of the second-phase were observed. The 1st, or lath-shaped style is η-Al5(Mn,Cr) phase with monoclinic or pesuo-tetragonal structure, and is mostly seen in 5083 alloy under H116 temper condition from domestic. The 2nd or rod-shaped style is Al6(Mn,Fe) phase with orthorhombic structure and is observed in both domestic and foreign 5083 aluminum alloy, and the 3rd style is monoclinic Al45(Mn,Cr)7 phase with twin-structure, which is seen only in foreign alloy. The formation of the second- phases in 5083 aluminum alloy was discussed based on Al-Cr binary phase diagram or Al-Mn-Cr triple phase diagram.
