全磷廢料綠色充填理論與實(shí)踐

摘 要: 隨著我國礦山綠色開采、資源循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略的提出,“就近取材”成為礦山充填材料來源的首選。本文系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了國際首例全磷廢料即磷石膏作為充填骨料,黃磷渣為膠凝劑的綠色充填理論與工藝。從材料的物化特性、流動(dòng)性、強(qiáng)度時(shí)效性以及安全和環(huán)保的角度,探討了全磷廢料作為充填材料進(jìn)行磷化工礦山充填的可行性,并在磷石膏環(huán)管試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)原有的磷石膏充填工藝進(jìn)行改造,提出了適應(yīng)磷石膏物料特性的似膏體充填新模式,為我國磷化工企業(yè)礦山的綠色、安全和高效開采提供了示范。

Abstract:With the popularization of the concept of green mining and resource recycling economy strategy in China, “l(fā)ocal material” has become the preference for backfill in mines. This paper systematically summarizes the green backfill theory and technology of the whole phosphorous waste (Phosphogypsum as aggregate and yellow phosphorus slag as binder) which was first proposed in the world. From the perspectives of physicochemical properties, flow characteristic, strength development, safety and environmental benefit, the feasibility of backfill with whole phosphorus wastes is discussed. On the basis of loop test, the original phosphogypsum backfill technology was replaced by a new cemented paste backfill technology, setting an example for green, safe and efficient mining for phosphorus chemical enterprises and mines in China.
