摘 要: 采用AlSiTiCrNiCu高熵合金顆粒(HEAp)作為增強(qiáng)相增強(qiáng)鋁合金,研究高熵合金顆粒體積分?jǐn)?shù)和燒結(jié)溫度對HEAp/6061Al復(fù)合材料熱膨脹系數(shù)(CTE)的影響。結(jié)果表明:25~100 ℃時(shí),6061Al合金和AlSiTiCrNiCu高熵合金(HEA)的熱膨脹系數(shù)分別為23.04×10-6/℃和9.85×10-6/℃;隨著高熵合金顆粒體積分?jǐn)?shù)的增高,HEAp/6061Al復(fù)合材料的熱膨脹系數(shù)明顯降低。當(dāng)保持高熵合金顆粒體積分?jǐn)?shù)不變時(shí),隨著溫度的升高,HEAp/6061Al復(fù)合材料的熱膨脹系數(shù)呈現(xiàn)出先增大后保持不變的規(guī)律。

Abstract:AlSiTiCrNiCu high-entropy alloy particles(HEAp) were used as the reinforced phase to reinforce aluminum alloy in order to study the effects of HEAp volume fraction and sintering temperature on the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) of the composites. The results show that the CTEs of 6061Al alloy and HEAp are 23.04×10-6/℃ and 9.85×10-6/℃, respectively, at 25-100 ℃. With the increase of HEAp volume fraction, the coefficient of thermal expansion of HEAp/6061Al composites reduces obviously. When the volume fraction of enhanced phase is certain, the CTE of HEAp/6061Al composites increases at first and then keeps on with the increase of sintering temperature.
