Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3-LiF-CaF2-MgF2熔體中Al2O3的溶解度

摘 要: 采用旋轉(zhuǎn)剛玉片-氮氧分析法研究中熔體中K3AlF6、LiF和AlF3含量對其Al2O3溶解度的影響,探討熔體物相組成、溫度及過熱度對Al2O3溶解度的影響機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:K3AlF6、LiF及AlF3通過影響熔體物相組成對Al2O3溶解度產(chǎn)生影響;K3AlF6的添加有助于提高熔體Al2O3溶解度,但LiF和AlF3的添加會對熔體Al2O3溶解度產(chǎn)生不利影響。在相同熔體溫度條件下,與過熱度相比較,K3AlF6對Al2O3溶解度的影響較大,且Al2O3溶解度隨K3AlF6含量的增加而增加,且增加幅度分別為0.46%和0.16%;LiF含量的增加會使熔體Al2O3溶解度顯著減低,降幅最高可達(dá)21.64%。在相同溫度下,AlF3對熔體Al2O3溶解度影響較小;但在相同過熱度條件下,AlF3含量的增加將明顯降低Al2O3的溶解度,降幅最高可達(dá)8.20%。

Al2O3 solubility in Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3-LiF-CaF2-MgF2 molten salts

Abstract:The influences of K3AlF6, LiF and AlF3 contents on Al2O3 solubility were investigated by rotating conindum tablet. The influencing mechanism of melt composition, temperature and superheat on Al2O3 solubility were also discussed. The results show that Al2O3 solubility is affected by K3AlF6, LiF and AlF3 through altering melt composition. Adding K3AlF6 contributes to increase the Al2O3 solubility, while LiF and AlF3 have negative effects on Al2O3 solubility. Under the same melt temperature, the effect of K3AlF6 content is a little greater than that when superheat keeps identical, and with the increase of K3AlF6, the growing rate of Al2O3 solubility are 0.46% and 0.16%, respectively. The increase of LiF reduces the Al2O3 solubility evidently and the largest drop reaches 21.64%. When the temperature keeps identical, the effect of AlF3 content on Al2O3 solubility is minor. But when superheat keeps identical, the effect of AlF3 content is obvious, the largest drop reaches 8.20%.
