摘 要: 通過浮選試驗、表面張力測試、Zeta電位以及紅外光譜分析,考察油酸鈉(NaOL)、十二烷基琥珀酰胺(HZ)兩種捕收劑及其組合捕收劑對鋰輝石的浮選性能和作用機理。結(jié)果表明:單一捕收劑在一定濃度下都能較好地浮選鋰輝石,其中HZ的捕收性能強于NaOL,組合捕收劑浮選效果明顯優(yōu)于任意單一捕收劑。在藥劑用量為200 mg/L、pH=9.0左右、組合捕收劑的混合摩爾比n(NaOL):n(HZ)為5:1的條件下,浮選效果最好,浮選回收率達88.48%。紅外光譜分析表明NaOL在鋰輝石表面以化學(xué)吸附為主,HZ則以物理吸附為主,兩種捕收劑組合使用后的正協(xié)同作用是由于鋰輝石礦物表面的不均勻性和表面的活性質(zhì)點的差異使這兩種不同藥劑能選擇性的吸附在礦物表面的不同位置,從而提高藥劑捕收性能。

Abstract:Flotation performance and mechanism of sodium oleate (NaOL), twelve alkyl succinic amide (HZ), and their combined collectors for spodumene were investigated by flotation tests, surface tension test, Zeta potential and infrared spectroscopic analysis. The results show that each of the single collector has a good capacity for spodumene. The collectability of different collectors follows the descending order:Combined collectors, HZ, NaOL. The combined collector (n(NaOL):n(HZ)=5:1) plays the best role in the flotation at a collector dosage of 200 mg/L and pH=9.0, obtaining recovery of 88.48%. The IR result shows that the ways of NaOL and HZ adsorbed on the surface of spodumene are chemosorption and physisorption, respectively. The positive synergistic effect dues to the selective adsorption of the components in the combined collector on the different active sites and the heterogeneity of the different surface can improve the collection performance.
