摘 要: 在不同退火溫度下研究AA3003鑄軋鋁合金的等溫析出動(dòng)力學(xué),通過(guò)電導(dǎo)率的變化計(jì)算出該合金在不同退火時(shí)刻的析出分?jǐn)?shù),利用JMAK方程擬合并分析不同退火溫度及冷軋變形量下的析出動(dòng)力學(xué);通過(guò)顯微硬度和透射電鏡的觀察進(jìn)一步研究析出與顯微組織的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:擴(kuò)散是析出過(guò)程的控制因素;冷軋變形會(huì)加快析出速率和降低鼻尖溫度,但再結(jié)晶的發(fā)生削弱這種作用,并且再結(jié)晶使隨后析出粒子形核的位置發(fā)生改變,導(dǎo)致JMAK模型中的反應(yīng)級(jí)數(shù)n偏小。

Abstract:The isothermal precipitation kinetics of AA3003 cast rolling aluminium alloy were investigated at different annealing temperatures. The precipitation fractions were calculated by conductivity changes, and the precipitation kinetics were fitted and analyzed by using the JMAK model at different temperatures and cold rolling reductions. The interactions between precipitation and microstructures were studied further by microhardness and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the diffusion is the main governing factor of precipitation. The cold rolling enhances the rate of precipitation and lowers the nose temperatures, but the recrystallization weakens this effect and changes the nucleation sites of precipitates, which causes the reaction order n of JMAK model to slant small.
