摘 要: 以白鎢礦、螢石和方解石的單礦物為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)單礦物浮選試驗(yàn)、Zeta電位和紅外光譜測(cè)試系統(tǒng)研究不同大分子有機(jī)抑制劑對(duì)3種礦物浮選的影響及作用機(jī)理。浮選試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,大分子有機(jī)抑制劑對(duì)白鎢礦、螢石和方解石可浮性的抑制能力不同,抑制能力的順序?yàn)椋焊乘徕c>羧甲基纖維素>單寧>聚丙烯酸鈉>聚丙烯酰胺;Zeta電位和紅外光譜研究表明,腐殖酸鈉在白鎢礦表面吸附作用較弱,與螢石和方解石礦物表面作用較強(qiáng),主要發(fā)生了化學(xué)吸附作用。

Abstract:Flotation tests, Zeta potential and IR were carried out to investigate the flotation behavior and mechanism of organic depressants on scheelite, fluorite and calcite. The flotation experiment results show that macromolecular organic depressants have different depressant ability in scheelite, fluorite and calcite flotation. The order of inhibit ability is as: sodium humic acid>carboxymethylcellulose>tannic>polysodium>polyacrylamide. The results of Zeta potential measurement and IR indicate that adsorption of humic acid sodium on scheelite surface effect is weak, while the sodium humic acid interaction with fluorite and calcite mineral surface is strong, mainly the chemical adsorption.
