Keggin型磷鎢酸復(fù)合TiO2染料敏化太陽(yáng)電池的制備及性能

摘 要: 采用浸漬負(fù)載法制備Keggin型磷鎢酸(PW12)-TiO2粉體,再與TiO2混合,通過(guò)刮涂法得到PW12/TiO2薄膜。利用場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電鏡(FESEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)、紫外-可見吸收光譜等分析PW12/TiO2薄膜的形貌、光吸收性質(zhì),并以D102為染料敏化組裝成太陽(yáng)電池,對(duì)其光電轉(zhuǎn)化性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:PW12-TiO2粉體平均粒徑為20 nm,TiO2為銳鈦礦型,通過(guò)兩步法制備的PW12/TiO2薄膜保持磷鎢酸結(jié)構(gòu)不變;磷鎢酸的引入不僅沒有改變TiO2薄膜的形貌和結(jié)構(gòu),反而促進(jìn)了電子在薄膜內(nèi)部的傳輸和電子空穴的分離,降低了電子在薄膜中傳輸阻力,提高了電池的光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率。當(dāng)PW12質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為3.3%時(shí),由PW12/TiO2薄膜組裝的DSSC最大短路電流密度(JSC)為9.52 mA/cm2,最高總能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率(η)為3.5%。

Fabrication and performance of dye-sensitized solar cells base on Keggin phosphotungstic acid-TiO2 composite

Abstract:PW12-TiO2 powders were prepared by impregnation method base on Keggin phosphotungstic acid(PW12)-TiO2 composite. The PW12/TiO2 films were fabricated using PW12-TiO2 powders mixed with TiO2 by doctor-blade method. The morphologies and optical absorption properties of the films were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-vis spectrum. The performances of D102 dye-sensitized solar cells based on PW12/TiO2 films were studied. The results show that the average size of PW12/TiO2 powders is 20 nm, TiO2 exhibits primarily anatase type, and the PW12/TiO2 films prepared by the two-step method keeps the structure of phosphotungstic acid. The introduction of phosphotungstic acid does not change the morphology and structure of TiO2 films, but promotes the separation of electrons and holes, reduces the resistance of electron transport in the film, thus improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cell. When the mass fraction of PW12 is 3.3%, the maximum short-circuit current density (JSC) of DSSC based on PW12/TiO2 film is 9.52 mA/cm2, and the maximum total energy conversion efficiency (η) is 3.5%.
