摘 要: 在常壓下研究碳熱還原氧化銦的動力學(xué)。結(jié)果表明:增大碳與含銦渣的質(zhì)量比或提高反應(yīng)溫度,銦還原率增大。當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度為1523 K,碳與含銦渣質(zhì)量比為0.5、反應(yīng)時間為60 min時,含銦渣銦的還原揮發(fā)率達(dá)到 85.21%;在常壓下,碳與含銦渣質(zhì)量比達(dá)到0.5,含銦渣平均粒度是80 μm,石墨顆粒平均度約為30 μm,反應(yīng)溫度在1373~ 1523 K區(qū)間內(nèi),碳熱還原含銦渣的還原揮發(fā)速率由界面化學(xué)反應(yīng)所控制,其表觀活化能為168.67 kJ/mol。

Abstract:The kinetics of atmospheric carbothermic reduction of indium oxide slag was investigated. The results indicate that the reduction volatilization ratio of indium increases with the quality ratio of mass ratio of C and slag containing In or the reaction temperature increasing, the highest indium reduction 85.21% was realized under the condition of the mass ratio of C and slag containing In of 0.5 at 1523 K after 60 min. The interface reaction is the controlling step of the overall reduction process and the activation energy is estimated to be 168.67 kJ/mol when the mass ratio of C and slag containing In is o.5, the average size of slag is 80 μm, the average size of graphite is 30 μm and the reaction temperature is from 1273 to 1523 K.
