摘 要: 采用周浸加速腐蝕試驗(yàn)?zāi)M純鋅在熱帶海洋大氣環(huán)境的腐蝕行為,通過對(duì)比腐蝕形貌、腐蝕產(chǎn)物、腐蝕動(dòng)力學(xué)等定性和定量地評(píng)價(jià)周浸試驗(yàn)與戶外大氣暴露腐蝕試驗(yàn)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明:周浸腐蝕試驗(yàn)后,純鋅的腐蝕形貌、腐蝕產(chǎn)物組成及腐蝕動(dòng)力學(xué)均與實(shí)際海洋大氣環(huán)境暴露結(jié)果具有較好的相關(guān)性;通過灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法分析發(fā)現(xiàn)采用2%NaCl溶液模擬萬(wàn)寧大氣、5%NaCl溶液模擬西沙大氣兼具模擬性和加速性;采用周浸加速腐蝕試驗(yàn)方法建立純鋅在萬(wàn)寧、西沙兩種海洋大氣環(huán)境下服役的耐蝕壽命預(yù)測(cè)模型,分別為Twn=95.23t 1.01、Txs= 841.60t 0.16。

Abstract:The corrosion behavior of pure zinc in tropic marine environment was simulated by cyclic immersion test, the correlation between cyclic immersion test and outdoor atmospheric test was evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively by comparing the corrosion morphologies, corrosion products and corrosion kinetics. The results show that the corrosion morphologies, compositions of corrosion products and corrosion kinetics after cyclic immersion test are in good correlation after the real atmospheric test. By Grey correlation method, using 2%NaCl solution to simulate Wanning atmosphere and using 5%NaCl solution to simulate Xisha atmosphere meet both simulation and acceleration. The corrosion life-span prediction method of pure zinc in two kinds of marine atmospheric environment is built by cyclic immersion experiments:Twn=95.23t1.01, Txs=841.60t0.16.
