摘 要: 分別從理論計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究?jī)蓚€(gè)方面對(duì)氟鹽法制備Al-Ti-B中間合金過程中K2TiF6和KBF4的添加順序?qū)辖鸾M織的影響進(jìn)行討論。結(jié)果表明:不同的加料順序?qū)l-Ti-B中間合金的物相組成、TiAl3顆粒尺寸、潔凈度等影響很大;在保證高細(xì)化效果和潔凈度的情況下,使用混合添加K2TiF6和KBF4制備Al-Ti-B中間合金的工藝最佳。該研究結(jié)果為工業(yè)上選取合適的原料添加順序制備Al-Ti-B中間合金提供了參考。

Abstract:The effects of feeding order of K2TiF6 and KBF4 on preparation of Al-Ti-B master alloy by fluoride salt method were discussed from both sides of theoretical calculation and experimental research. The results show that, the feeding order has obvious influence on the phase composition, particle size of TiAl3 and cleanliness of the Al-Ti-B master alloy. Meanwhile, under the conditions of the better refinement performance and higher cleanliness, the use of the process of feeding way with mixed KBF4 and K2TiF6 is the best. The results provide a reference for choosing suitable feeding order to prepare Al-Ti-B master alloy in industry.
