氧氣底吹煉銅多組元造锍行為及組元含量的映射關(guān)系

摘 要: 通過分析氧氣底吹煉銅過程產(chǎn)生的高品位銅锍中Cu、Fe、S、SiO2等組元含量變化趨勢,結(jié)合冶金過程原理,研究上述各組元造锍行為及組元含量間的映射關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:Cu、Fe、S、SiO2等組元在銅锍中的造锍行為具有相互關(guān)聯(lián)性,其中Cu、Fe、S相互之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性較強,Cu-Fe、Cu-S、Fe-S含量之間線性相關(guān)系數(shù)R2分別為0.96、0.89、0.79,但SiO2與Cu、Fe、S之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性較弱。構(gòu)造了Cu、Fe、S組元含量復(fù)合映射模型,該復(fù)合模型預(yù)測精確度高于單因素模型的預(yù)測精確度,可為生產(chǎn)過程中高品位銅锍多組元含量的精細調(diào)控,及熔煉-吹煉過程熱量精確分配提供指導(dǎo)。

Mapping relationship between multicomponent matte formating behavior and content in copper oxygen bottom blowing bath smelting process

Abstract:The multicomponent matting behavior and mapping relationship of Cu, Fe, S and SiO2 were investigated by analyzing Cu, S, Fe and SiO2 content variation trends of high-grade matte in copper oxygen bottom blowing bath smelting (BBS) process , combined with metallurgical process principles. The results show that the matting behavior of Cu, Fe, S and SiO2 in matte have certain correlation, and the correlations of Cu, Fe and S are stronger. The correlation coefficients (R2) of Cu-Fe, Cu-S and Fe-S are 0.96, 0.89 and 0.79, respectively. But the correlations of SiO2 with Cu, Fe and S are weaker. The composite mapping model of the content of Cu, Fe and S is constructed, and its forecast accuracy is higher than that of the single factor model, so, it can be applied to the precise control of multicomponent content of high grade matte and the precise heat distribution between smelting and converting in the practical production process.
