摘 要: 用溶膠-凝膠法制備透明的鈷離子摻雜鋁酸鋅塊體微晶玻璃,采用差熱-熱重分析、X射線粉末衍射譜、傅里葉紅外光譜分析和吸收光譜對(duì)熱處理前后微晶玻璃的熱學(xué)性能、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)以及光學(xué)特性進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:鋁酸鋅納米晶平均晶粒尺寸為12~14 nm。在紅外光吸收譜1200~1600 nm處有很強(qiáng)的吸收寬峰,對(duì)應(yīng)四配位Co2+離子的4A2→4T1(4F)躍遷,且隨著熱處理溫度的提高,吸收強(qiáng)度增強(qiáng)。通過計(jì)算,經(jīng)1000 ℃熱處理后樣品的吸收截面系數(shù)為1.15×10-19 cm2,這表明微晶玻璃在鉺玻璃激光器的被動(dòng)調(diào)Q開關(guān)中具有潛在的應(yīng)用前景。

Abstract:The transparent Co2+:ZnAl2O4-SiO2 block glass ceramics with doping of transition metal ions Co2+ were synthesized by sol-gel method. The DSC-TG, X-ray diffraction, Fourier infrared spectrometer and visible and near-infrared absorption spectra were performed to study the microstructure and the optical properties of glass ceramics. The results show that the average size of the ZnAl2O4 nanocrystals is 12-14 nm. The glass ceramics exhibit a broad absorption band in the range of 1200-1600 nm. And the absorption coefficient enhances with the increase of heat-treating temperature, which is characteristic of 4A2→4T1(4F) transition from the tetrahedral Co2+ ions. The absorption cross section reaches 1.15×10-19 cm2 when the heat-treating temperature is up to 1000 ℃, which means that it can be applied in the passive Q-switch turnable laser.
