摘 要: 采用大孔型樹(shù)脂在酸性條件下處理高濃度鎢酸鈉溶液發(fā)現(xiàn),D301大孔型弱堿性陰離子樹(shù)脂處理高濃度鎢酸鈉溶液時(shí)性能最佳。考察交前液pH值、樹(shù)脂粒徑、WO3濃度、溫度以及攪拌速度對(duì)離子交換過(guò)程的影響。結(jié)果表明:在溶液pH值約為6時(shí)、樹(shù)脂粒徑為0.42~0.59 mm、WO3濃度為350 g/L、溫度為25 ℃的條件下,D301樹(shù)脂吸附效果最佳,吸附的WO3容量達(dá)到850 mg/g干樹(shù)脂,遠(yuǎn)高于傳統(tǒng)的201×7樹(shù)脂的吸附容量。

Abstract:The effect of resin type on ion exchange process was investigated. The effects of technical conditions, such as particle size of resin, pH value of solution, concentration of WO3, temperature and stirring speed were studied. The result shows that weak-base anion exchange resin D301 works best. The D301 resin exhibits excellent performance under the conditions of pH value 6, resin particle size 0.42-0.59 mm, WO3 concentration 350 g/L and temperature 25 ℃. The adsorption capacity of D301 resin can exceed 850mg/g under the optimum conditions, which is higher than the capacity of 201×7 resin.
