摘 要: 采用銅模吸鑄法制備[Fe0.71(DyxNd1-x)0.05B0.24]96Nb4(x=0-1,摩爾分?jǐn)?shù))塊體合金,利用X射線衍射(XRD)、差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)和振動(dòng)樣品磁強(qiáng)計(jì)(VSM)研究合金的非晶形成能力(GFA)和磁性能。結(jié)果表明:該體系合金均具有較好的非晶形成能力,可制備出直徑為2 mm的完全非晶合金,隨著Dy含量(x)的增加,合金的非晶形成能力逐漸增強(qiáng)。當(dāng)x=1時(shí),可制得直徑為3 mm的完全非晶合金;飽和磁化強(qiáng)度(Ms)由x=0時(shí)的Ms=97.59 A?m2/kg逐漸降低到x=1時(shí)的Ms=75.85 A?m2/kg。該體系直徑為2 mm的塊體非晶合金均表現(xiàn)為明顯的軟磁性特征。

Abstract:[Fe0.71(DyxNd1-x)0.05B0.24]96Nb4(x=0-1, mole fraction) bulk alloys were prepared by copper mold suction casting method. The glass-forming ability (GFA) and magnetic property were investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). The results indicate that the alloys exhibit good glass-forming ability, and amorphous alloys with diameter of about 2 mm can be obtained. The GFA is improved gradually with the increase of Dy content (x), which is confirmed by the amorphous alloy with diameter of 3 mm when x=1. The amorphous alloys of 2 mm in diameter show the obvious soft magnetic behavior. The saturation magnetization (Ms) decreases gradually from 97.59 A?m2/kg when x=0 to 75.85 A?m2/kg when x=1.
