摘 要: 采用水熱法合成Eu3+摻雜的RE2Sn2O7(RE=La, Gd, Y)系列樣品,并采用XRD、SEM、FT-IR和熒光光譜對合成產(chǎn)物的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、顆粒尺寸、形貌和光學性能進行研究。結(jié)果表明:水熱合成產(chǎn)物為單一相燒綠石結(jié)構(gòu)的RE2Sn2O7:Eu3+(RE=La, Gd, Y),產(chǎn)物具有由一次納米顆粒團聚而成的不規(guī)則球狀形貌。激發(fā)光譜和發(fā)射光譜測試結(jié)果表明:Eu3+摻雜RE2Sn2O7(RE=La, Gd, Y)樣品可以被紫外光有效地激發(fā),發(fā)射出Eu3+離子特征的橙紅色光。與其他樣品相比,Gd2Sn2O7:Eu3+樣品具有最強的橙紅色發(fā)光,并對其原因進行了分析。

Abstract:Eu3+ doped RE2Sn2O7(RE=La, Gd, Y) nanocrystals were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method. The crystal structure, particle size, morphology and optical properties of the as-synthesized products were investigated by XRD, SEM, FT-IR and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The results show that the as-prepared samples are of phase-pure pyrochlore structure, which displays irregular spheres shape with nanocrystals. The photoluminescence spectra of Eu3+ doped RE2Sn2O7(RE=La, Gd, Y) nanophosphors show characteristic 4f-4f intraconfigurational transitions of Eu3+ under ultraviolet excitation. Furthermore, Gd2Sn2O7:Eu3+ exhibits stronger orange-red emission intensities compared with the other samples, and the possible causes were discussed.
