LaBO3(B=Ni, Mn, Fe)/石墨烯復(fù)合薄膜的制備及光催化性能

摘 要: 為提高納米鈣鈦礦型氧化物薄膜的光催化性能,應(yīng)用改進(jìn)的Hummer法制備出薄層石墨烯材料,并采用溶膠-凝膠法結(jié)合旋轉(zhuǎn)涂膜技術(shù)在玻璃上制備出石墨烯基LaBO3(B=Ni, Mn, Fe)復(fù)合薄膜。利用XRD、FTIR、FESEM和TEM對(duì)薄膜樣品的結(jié)構(gòu)、晶粒尺寸及微觀形貌進(jìn)行表征,利用顯微拉曼光譜儀測(cè)量制備出的石墨烯和薄膜樣品在激光功率為400 mW時(shí)位于100~3 000 cm-1之內(nèi)的拉曼光譜。將該復(fù)合薄膜作為光催化劑,研究石墨烯用量、不同B位元素對(duì)該復(fù)合薄膜光催化活性的影響。結(jié)果表明:復(fù)合薄膜的光催化活性顯著優(yōu)于純鈣鈦礦薄膜的光催化活性;當(dāng)石墨烯懸浮液的濃度為0.1 g/L,Ni作為B位陽(yáng)離子時(shí),該復(fù)合薄膜的光催化活性最好。

Preparation and photocatalytic performance of LaBO3(B=Ni, Mn, Fe)/graphene composite thin film

Abstract:In order to improve the photocatalytic properties of nano perovskite type oxide film, LaBO3 (B=Ni, Mn, Fe)/graphene thin films were prepared by using sol-gel and spin coating method on glass substrate. The thin layer graphene materials were produced by the sol-gel method. The structure, grain size and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The Raman spectra of the samples were carried out by micro-Raman spectrometer in the range of 100-3 000 cm-1 with the laser power of 400 mW. The photo-catalytic activity of thin films was studied when there were different graphene contents and B-sit elements. The results show that, compared with pure perovskite films, LaBO3 (B=Ni, Mn, Fe)/graphene thin films show better photo-catalysis. When the concentration of graphene suspension is 0.1 g/L using Ni as the B-sit cation, it has the greatest photocatalytic activity.
