摘 要: 借助光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和X射線衍射儀研究少量鈰對高硼高速鋼微觀組織和力學性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:少量鈰的添加能顯著提高高硼高速鋼的沖擊韌性和磨損性能,其沖擊韌性值(ak)由6.7 J/cm2增加到14.3 J/cm2,少量鈰的存在使高硼高速鋼中魚骨狀硼碳化物基本消失,大部分羽毛狀硼碳化物熔斷,粒狀硼碳化物增多,硼碳化物分布更加均勻,初生奧氏體晶粒明顯細化。

Abstract:The effects of small amount of Ce addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high-boron high speed steel were investigated by SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that small addition of Ce can increase the impact toughness and the wear resistance of high-boron high speed steel, the impact toughness ak increases from 6.7 J/cm2 to 14.3 J/cm2. In the presence of small amount of Ce, fishbone boro-carbide disappears in the high-boron high speed steel, feathery boro-carbide melts and fractures, and granular boro-carbide increases, the distribution of boro-carbide becomes more uniform , and primary austenite grain is refined.
