摘 要: 富含6Li 的鋰基陶瓷Li2TiO3以其可觀的鋰原子密度、低活化性、優(yōu)異的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性、與結(jié)構(gòu)材料良好的相容性以及良好的氚低溫釋放性能,被公認(rèn)為是一種綜合性能優(yōu)良、最具前途的固體氚增殖劑之一。詳細(xì)評述國內(nèi)外固相反應(yīng)法及各種濕化學(xué)法合成Li2TiO3粉末的研究現(xiàn)狀,以及固相法、間接濕法和直接濕法制備Li2TiO3陶瓷小球的工藝現(xiàn)狀及研究進展,并對其優(yōu)缺點進行比較,探討Li2TiO3陶瓷小球制備的未來發(fā)展方向。

Abstract:Lithium titanate (Li2TiO3) enriched with 6Li is considered to be one of the most promising solid tritium breeders because of its reasonable lithium atom density, low activation, excellent chemical stability, good compatibility with structural materials and good tritium release characteristics at low temperatures. Recent studies on the research progress in synthesis of Li2TiO3 powders using solid reaction method and wet chemical methods were reviewed. The research progress in fabrication of Li2TiO3 pebbles using solid method, indirect-wet method and direct-wet method was reviewed and the advantages and disadvantages of different fabrication methods were compared. The developmental trends of the fabrication of Li2TiO3 pebbles were discussed.
