摘 要: 通過等溫壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn),系統(tǒng)研究熱變形參數(shù)(變形溫度、應(yīng)變速率及應(yīng)變量)對(duì)7085鋁合金熱變形組織演變的影響。結(jié)果表明:升高變形溫度以及降低應(yīng)變速率,均有利于7085鋁合金的動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶發(fā)生,導(dǎo)致變形后的7085鋁合金位錯(cuò)密度降低,再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸增大;隨著應(yīng)變量的增加,變形后的合金位錯(cuò)密度降低,動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶體積分?jǐn)?shù)增大。采用線性回歸方法建立包括峰值應(yīng)變方程、臨界應(yīng)變方程、動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)方程以及動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸方程的7085鋁合金動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶模型。

Abstract:The effects of hot working parameters (deformation temperature, strain rate and strain) on the microstructure evolution of 7085 aluminum alloy during compressing were studied systematically by isothermal compressive deformation. The results indicate that both the increase of deformation temperature and the decrease of strain rate are good for dynamic recrystallization, which results in the decrease of the dislocation density of 7085 aluminum alloy and the increase of the recrystallization grains size. With the increase of strain of 7085 aluminum alloy, the dislocation density decreases and the volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization increases. The dynamic recrystallization models of 7085 aluminum alloy, which contain the peak strain equation, critical strain equation, kinetics equation of dynamic recrystallization and grain size equation of dynamic recrystallization, were deduced by the linear regression method.
