摘 要: 以硝酸鈰作為原料,采用溶膠−凝膠法對預(yù)處理后的鎢纖維進(jìn)行CeO2涂覆改性,探討Ce溶膠的制備工藝,研究溶膠特性、煅燒溫度、升溫速度以及涂覆層數(shù)對涂覆效果的影響。采用紅外光譜 (FT-IR)分析Ce溶膠的特征基團(tuán),X射線衍射(XRD)分析Ce凝膠煅燒后的物相組成,掃描電鏡(SEM)分析CeO2涂層纖維的微觀形貌,電子能譜儀(EDS)分析涂層纖維的物質(zhì)組成。結(jié)果表明:溶膠制備中加入二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)可提高溶膠穩(wěn)定 性,有利于鎢纖維的涂覆改性;在真空氣氛中,采用1 ℃/min的升溫速度并在600 ℃煅燒2 h的一次涂覆工藝,制備了均勻、致密、完整的CeO2涂層。

Abstract:Taking the cerium nitrate as raw material, CeO2 coating on the pretreated tungsten fiber was fabricated by sol-gel method. The preparation process of Ce sol was explored, and coating effects were studied systematically via variable conditions, such as sol characteristics, calcination temperature, heating rate and coating layers. The characteristic functional groups of the sol were analyzed by FT-IR, the phase composition of Ce gel after calcining was analyzed by XRD, the microstructure and composition of the CeO2 coated tungsten fibers were characterized by SEM and EDS, respectively. The results show that, during the sol preparation, DMAC addition can enhance the stability of the sol and improve the effect of CeO2 coating on tungsten fiber. The uniform, dense and complete CeO2 coating can be obtained after being coated only once under the conditions of calcining at 600 ℃ for 2 h and heating rate of 1 ℃/min in the vacuum atmosphere.
