摘 要: 通過機械球磨制備一種能快速水解制氫的Al-Ca合金。為了提高該合金的制氫效果,在機械球磨制備合金的過程中添加NaCl作為Al-Ca合金的活化改性劑,并考察NaCl添加量、機械球磨時間和Ca含量等不同因素對Al-Ca合金的制備及其制氫效果的影響。結(jié)果表明:NaCl的添加能明顯抑制顆粒的團聚,提高合金的制氫產(chǎn)率;Al-Ca合金的制氫速率和制氫產(chǎn)率隨合金中NaCl添加量、球磨時間和Ca含量的提高而逐漸提高。當NaCl的添加量為7%時制備得到Al-20%Ca-7%NaCl合金,將其與水反應1 200 s左右時制氫產(chǎn)率可達100%。

Abstract:A novel material for fast generating hydrogen by splitting water, Al-Ca alloy, was prepared by mechanical ball-milling. In order to improve the hydrogen generation of alloy, NaCl was added as the activation modifier during the process of ball-milling. The research results show that the addition of NaCl can resist the agglomeration of alloy powder and improve hydrogen yield. The hydrogen generation rate and hydrogen yield increases with increasing NaCl addition, ball-milling time and Ca content. When the addition amount of NaCl is 7%, Al-20%Ca-7%NaCl alloy is prepared, and the hydrogen yield can reach 100% after reacting with water for 1 200 s.
