摘 要: 對催化脫脂型粘結(jié)劑組分的相容性進行研究,對催化脫脂型粘結(jié)劑組元的溶解度參數(shù)進行熱力學(xué)計算,采用DSC和掃描電鏡分別對粘結(jié)劑進行熱分析和端口形貌觀察來表征粘結(jié)劑組元的相容性。結(jié)果表明:粘結(jié)劑主要組元聚醋酸乙烯(EVA)分別與聚甲醛(POM)和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)均具有較好的相容性;m(POM)/m(HDPE)/ m(EVA)為75/5/1時表現(xiàn)出良好的工藝相容性;設(shè)計了以75POM-5HDPE-1EVA(質(zhì)量分數(shù))為主要組元,同時添加一定量改性劑(石蠟(PW)、鄰苯二甲酸二辛醋(DOP)和硬酯酸鋅(ZS))的催化脫脂型粘結(jié)劑,該粘結(jié)劑與93W-Ni-Fe復(fù)合粉經(jīng)混煉制得了均一、穩(wěn)定的喂料。

Abstract:The compatibility of the catalytic debinding ingredients was studied, the solubility parameters of catalytic debinding ingredients were thermodynamically calculated, the thermal analysis and fracture morphology of binders were used to characterize compatibility of the catalytic debinding ingredients by DSC and SEM, respectively. The results show that the ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) which is the main component of binder has good compatibility with high density polyethylene (HDPE) and polyoxymethylene (POM), respectively; POM/HDPE/EVA shows good technique compatibility with the mass ratio of 75/5/1; the catalytic debinding binder was designed with the 75POM-5HDPE-1EVA (quality score) as main components while adding a certain amount of the modifier (paraffix wax (PW), dioctyl phthalate (DOP), and stearic acid zinc (ZS)), the feedstocks produced by mixing binder and 93W-Ni-Fe powder are found to be homogeneous and stable.
