摘 要: 以鈦酸丁酯為原料,乙酸為有機配體,甲酰胺為干燥控制化學添加劑(DCCA),采用溶膠−凝膠法制備碳納米管(CNTs)摻雜TiO2復合醇凝膠,并結合常壓干燥等后續(xù)工藝,制備了CNTs摻雜TiO2塊體氣凝膠。采用XRD、BET、TEM、SEM、EDS、DSC及FT-IR等對樣品進行表征。結果表明:制備態(tài)CNTs摻雜TiO2氣凝膠晶型為無定型,比表面積為601.7 m2/g;在氮氣保護下,經(jīng)950 ℃熱處理后,比表面積為136.8 m2/g,TiO2以銳鈦礦相存在,且均勻密集包覆在CNTs表面,對甲基橙光降解具有較高光催化活性。

Abstract:Monolithic TiO2 aerogels doped with CNTs were prepared by sol-gel method and subsequent process with ambient pressure drying using titanate tetrabutoxide, acetic acid and formamide as raw material. The XRD, BET, TEM, SEM, EDS, DSC and FT-IR were used to characterize the samples. The results indicate that the as-prepared CNTs-TiO2 aerogel is in amorphous state with the specific surface area of 601.7 m2/g. After calcined at 950 ℃ in nitrogen, the anatase is the main crystalline phase and the surface area is 136.8 m2/g. TiO2 particulates absorb uniformly and densely on the surface of CNTs. The synthetic aerogels present excellent photocatalytic activity in the photodegradation of methyl orange.
