摘 要: 以人工合成的高純度銦鐵酸鋅為研究對(duì)象,采用攪拌球磨對(duì)其進(jìn)行機(jī)械活化。以鋅的浸出率為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),研究不同活化試樣在硫酸溶液中的浸出特性和溶解動(dòng)力學(xué),并利用X射線衍射儀、掃描電鏡、激光粒度分析儀和比表面積分析儀分別考察機(jī)械活化對(duì)銦鐵酸鋅晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、顆粒形貌、粒度和比表面積的影響。結(jié)果表明:機(jī)械活化使銦鐵酸鋅的物化性質(zhì)發(fā)生明顯改變,并由此提高了銦鐵酸鋅的反應(yīng)活性。經(jīng)機(jī)械活化30和60 min后,銦鐵酸鋅與硫酸反應(yīng)的表觀活化能由未活化時(shí)的76.4 kJ/mol分別降至58.6和51.8 kJ/mol,表觀反應(yīng)級(jí)數(shù)也由原來(lái)的0.79分別降至0.62和0.59。未活化銦鐵酸鋅的酸溶過(guò)程受化學(xué)反應(yīng)控制,活化后則為混合控制。

Abstract:The synthetic indium-bearing zinc ferrite (IBZF) was mechanically activated by a stirring ball mill. The leaching behavior and dissolution kinetics of nonactivated as well as activated IBZF samples in sulphuric acid solution were investigated by using the zinc extraction as evaluating index. The influences of mechanical activation on the crystal structure, morphology, particle size and specific surface area were also characterized by means of X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), laser diffraction particle size analyzer and specific surface area analyzer. The results show that the physicochemical properties of IBZF are changed obviously by mechanical activation and thus enhance the reactivity of IBZF. When IBZF is mechanically activated for 30 and 60 min, the apparent activation energy decreases from 76.4 kJ/mol to 58.6 and 51.8 kJ/mol, respectively, the reaction order also decreases from 0.79 to 0.62 and 0.59. The acid leaching process of nonactivated IBZF is controlled by chemical reaction, but becomes the hybrid controlled process after mechanical activation.
