摘 要: 總結(jié)鎂合金表面化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜的研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹鉻酸鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜、錫酸鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜、磷酸鹽/高錳酸鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜、稀土轉(zhuǎn)化膜、植酸轉(zhuǎn)化膜和鉬酸轉(zhuǎn)化膜的處理工藝,討論磷酸鹽/高錳酸鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜的成膜機(jī)理,分析各種化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜的優(yōu)缺點,展望今后鎂合金表面化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜的發(fā)展方向。

Abstract:The research progress of the chemical conversion coatings on magnesium alloys was summarized and the treatment technologies of chromate films, stannate films, phosphate/permanganate films, rare-earth films and phytate films were reviewed. The formation mechanisms of the phosphate/permanganate conversion films were discussed. The merits and demerits of the various coatings were analyzed. And the developmental trends of the chemical conversion coatings on magnesium alloys were proposed.
