摘 要: 為了進(jìn)一步改善Fe-Nd-Al-B非晶合金的非晶形成能力和磁性能,研究添加Dy元素對(duì)此體系合金的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、磁性能以及晶化行為的影響。利用銅模吸鑄法制備厚度為1mm的片狀 (Fe0.51Nd0.35Al0.10B0.04)100−xDyx(x=0, 1, 3, 6)合金。采用示差掃描量熱法(DSC),振動(dòng)樣品磁強(qiáng)計(jì)(VSM)和X射線衍射儀(XRD)研究Dy對(duì)該系列合金非晶形成能力、磁性能和晶化行為的影響。結(jié)果表明,添加少量Dy元素使得合金Fe-Nd-Al-B-Dy的磁性能各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)大幅度提高,得到較好的硬磁性。然而,當(dāng)進(jìn)一步提高Dy含量到6%時(shí),合金呈現(xiàn)順磁性。Fe-Nd-Al-B-Dy系合金晶化后,磁性能會(huì)發(fā)生很大轉(zhuǎn)變,其中具有較好硬磁性的(Fe0.51Nd0.35Al0.10B0.04)99Dy1合金在完全晶化后呈現(xiàn)為順磁性。

Fe-Nd-Al-B-Dy alloys by suction casting

Abstract:In order to improve the glass-forming ability and magnetic properties of the Fe-Nd-Al-B alloy, the effect of Dy addition on the microstructure, magnetic properties and crystallization behavior of the Fe-Nd-Al-B alloy were investigated. The (Fe0.51Nd0.35Al0.10B0.04)100−xDyx(x=0, 1, 3, 6) alloy plate with thickness of 1mm were prepared by suction casting into the copper mold. The glass-forming ability, magnetic properties and thermal stability of the Fe-Nd-Al-B-Dy bulk alloys were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the little addition of Dy can effectively enhance the magnetic property of the alloy and the alloy shows hard magnetic property. However, the alloy with 6% addition of Dy shows paramagnetic property. The magnetic properties of the alloys are greatly changed after crystallization. The (Fe0.51Nd0.35Al0.10B0.04)99Dy1 alloy, which shows hard magnetic property as the suction casting sample, shows paramagnetic property after crystallization.
