摘 要: 在含硅酸鈉的堿性基本溶液中,研究植酸(C6H18O24P6)濃度對溶液電導率的影響。采用四因素三水平正交實驗,研究環(huán)保型電解質(zhì)如氫氧化鈉(NaOH)、硅酸鈉(Na2SiO3∙9H2O)、硼酸(H3BO3)、鎢酸鈉(Na2WO4∙2H2O)、鋁酸鈉(NaAlO2)和碳酸鈉(Na2CO3)對溶液電導率的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:隨著植酸和硼酸濃度增加,溶液電導率減小;隨著NaOH、Na2SiO3∙9H2O、Na2WO4∙2H2O、Na2CO3和NaAlO2濃度增加,溶液電導率增大。

Abstract:In an alkaline basic solution containing sodium silicate, the influence of phytic acid (C6H18O24P6) concentration on the solution conductivity was studied. The influence regularities of environmentally friendly electrolytes, such as NaOH, Na2SiO3∙9H2O, H3BO3, Na2WO4∙2H2O, NaAlO2 and Na2CO3, on the solution conductivity were systematically studied by the orthogonal experiment with four factors and three levels. The results show that the solution conductivity decreases with the increase of phytic acid and boric acid, but increases with the increase of Na2SiO3∙9H2O, NaOH, Na2WO4∙2H2O, Na2CO3 and NaAlO2 concentrations.
