摘 要: 閉孔泡沫鋁板具有一定的吸聲性能,對閉孔泡沫鋁板進(jìn)行打孔處理后,其吸聲效果顯著提高。使用駐波管法測試不同打孔率以及在泡沫鋁板背后設(shè)置不同厚度空腔時(shí)吸聲系數(shù)和吸聲頻率的變化。測量結(jié)果表明:以適當(dāng)?shù)拇蚩茁蚀蚩缀螅曄禂?shù)提高30%左右,打孔率過高,吸聲系數(shù)反而降低;隨著在泡沫鋁吸聲板后設(shè)置的空腔厚度的增加,吸聲峰值向低頻偏移。可通過改變打孔率和背后空腔深度來設(shè)計(jì)用于降噪的閉孔泡沫鋁吸聲結(jié)構(gòu)。

Abstract:The closed-cell aluminum foam panels have certain sound absorption properties, which are significantly increased by perforating the aluminum foam panels. The sound absorption properties were studied from the perforation rate, cavity thickness with standing waves tube. The results show that the sound absorption coefficient of closed-cell aluminum foam increases by 30% after being perforated. However, when the perforation rate exceeds a certain value, the sound absorption coefficient decreases. Moreover, the highest sound absorption coefficient shows the trend of traveling to low-frequency region with increasing the cavity thickness.
