摘 要: 研究時(shí)效前預(yù)拉伸對(duì)Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金析出相和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:165 ℃時(shí)效前的預(yù)拉伸可提高合金的峰值硬度及強(qiáng)度,延長(zhǎng)峰值時(shí)效的時(shí)間;合金的主要強(qiáng)化相是Ω相和θ′相,預(yù)拉伸引入的位錯(cuò)抑制了Ω相的析出與長(zhǎng)大,細(xì)化Ω相的尺寸,同時(shí)促進(jìn)θ′相的析出;時(shí)效前未經(jīng)變形時(shí),合金出現(xiàn)峰值的時(shí)間是10h,對(duì)應(yīng)的σb為492 MPa;時(shí)效前經(jīng)4%預(yù)拉伸變形后,合金出現(xiàn)峰值的時(shí)間是18 h,對(duì)應(yīng)的σb為508 MPa。

mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy

Abstract:The effects of prestretching before aging on the precipitated phases and mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy were studied. The results show that the prestretching before aging increases the peak hardness and tensile strength and increases the time of peak-ageing at 165 ℃. The main precipitated phases are Ω phase and θ′ phase. The precipitation and growth of Ω phase are restrained by dislocation owing to prestretching, while the dislocation refines the size of Ω phase and also promotes the precipitation of θ′ phase. The time of peak-aging for the alloy during non-prestretching emerges before aging is 10 h and the corresponding tensile strength is 492 MPa. The time of peak-ageing for the alloy during 4% prestretching emerges before aging is 18 h and the corresponding tensile strength is 508 MPa.
