摘 要: 合成萃取劑己基苯并咪唑硫醚(HBMS),對(duì)其分子結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,并將其制備成HBMS樹脂,研究該樹脂萃取鈀的性能;考察H+濃度對(duì)萃取鈀的影響。結(jié)果表明:在低酸度條件下,利用HBMS樹脂可實(shí)現(xiàn)鉑、鈀的分離。紫外−可見吸收光譜、紅外吸收光譜研究結(jié)果表明:鹽酸介質(zhì)中HBMS樹脂萃取Pd(Ⅱ)的機(jī)理為配位取代。萃合物的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)表明:培養(yǎng)出的HBMS-Pd(Ⅱ)萃合物單晶中的HBMS通過苯并咪唑基上的氮原子與Pd(Ⅱ)直接配位,萃合物以鈀原子為中心呈完全對(duì)稱平面正方型構(gòu)型,萃合物的組成為n Pd(Ⅱ)׃nHBMS=1׃2。

hexyl benzimidazole sulfide resins

Abstract:A new extractant of hexyl benzimidazole sulfide(HBMS) was synthesized and its structure was analyzed. Then HBMS resins were prepared with this HBMS. The properties of the extraction of palladium with the HBMS resins were studied. The effects of H+ concentration on the extraction of Pd (Ⅱ) were investigated. The results show that platinum and palladium can be separated with HBMS resins at a relatively low acidity. The mechanism of extracting palladium(Ⅱ) with HBMS resins was determined to be coordination replacing by ultraviolet-visible spectrum and infrared absorption spectrum. The crystal structure of the HBMS-Pd(Ⅱ) shows that the complex is in completely symmetric plane square structure with palladium atom as the symmetric center, in which HBMS coordinates with palladium(Ⅱ) via the imidazole N atom. The molar ratio of Pd(Ⅱ) to HBMS is 1׃2.
