摘 要: 通過機(jī)械球磨系統(tǒng)地研究Al-TiO2-B2O3反應(yīng)體系粉體的機(jī)械力化學(xué)與熱化學(xué)行為。結(jié)果表明:Al-TiO2-B2O3復(fù)合粉體球磨20 h后,中位徑可達(dá)到4.35 μm,形狀近乎球形,并生成少量Al2O3 、TiB2等新相;機(jī)械力化學(xué)作用使其在400 ℃左右就可發(fā)生緩慢的固相反應(yīng),在670 ℃ 時反應(yīng)最為劇烈;在700 ℃熱處理時,產(chǎn)物大部分為Al2O3和TiB2;在1 000 ℃熱處理時,產(chǎn)物全部為Al2O3 和TiB2。

Al-TiO2-B2O3 reaction system

Abstract:The mechanochemical and thermo-chemical behaviors of Al-TiO2-B2O3 reaction system powders were systemicly studied by ball milling. The results show that the Al-TiO2-B2O3 composite powders, objected to 20 h ball milling, whose median-particle-size can reach 4.35 μm, are spherical in shape and generate a few of new phases such as Al2O3 and TiB2. The mechanochemical force can make the reaction happen slowly at about 400 ℃, while fiercely react at 670 ℃. When heat treating at 700 ℃, the products are mostly Al2O3 and TiB2; while heat treating at 1 000 ℃, the products are completely Al2O3 and TiB2.
