摘 要: 從材料熱力學(xué)的角度,推導(dǎo)純鎂及鎂合金熔液氫含量的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并結(jié)合已有的鎂液中氫的溶解度的測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù),得出鎂熔液中氫的溶解度與鎂液溫度、氫分壓之間的對(duì)數(shù)關(guān)系。該模型所計(jì)算的氫熱焓值與Ovrelid理論值相吻合;將該數(shù)學(xué)模型計(jì)算值與已知的實(shí)測(cè)值相比較,該模型的合理性得到驗(yàn)證。

Abstract:Based on thermodynamics and acknowledged data, models of hydrogen content in magnesium melt were deduced out. The logarithmic correlation of hydrogen solubility with temperature of magnesium melt and hydrogen partial pressure was obtained. The enthalpy of hydrogen gas calculated by the model is consistent with Ovrelid’ the oretical value. Therefore, the soundness of the models is verified.
