金屬鐵熔融過程中鎂脫氧產(chǎn)物的特性

摘 要: 在高溫鉬絲爐內(nèi)向鐵液中分別加入NiMg和SiMg合金進行脫氧,分析過程中溶解氧、全氧、殘鎂量及夾雜物隨時間的變化,并與鋁脫氧進行對比。結(jié)果表明:加入0.05%的SiMg合金處理后,鐵液中溶解氧含量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))為1.5×10−6,全氧含量為1.9×10−5;經(jīng)SiMg與NiMg合金處理的試樣中夾雜物變化基本相同;加入鎂合金并保溫15 min后凝固試樣中夾雜物尺寸明顯減小,約為2 μm,其成分由Mn-Si-Al復(fù)合氧化物轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镸g-Al尖晶石類夾雜物;加入Al并保溫15 min后,凝固試樣中夾雜物尺寸較大,約為5 μm,成分為純Al2O3夾雜物;SiMg合金處理的試樣中單位面積上夾雜物數(shù)量最少,鋼中夾雜物最為細小、分散。

Characteristics of deoxidation products in
molten iron treated with magnesium during melting

Abstract:Deoxidation experiments of molten iron were carried out by adding Al, NiMg and SiMg alloys. The contents of dissolved and total oxygen and residual magnesium were measured, and the changes of inclusions in molten iron with time were investigated. The results show that the contents of dissolved oxygen and total oxygen in the molten iron treated by adding 0.05% SiMg alloy are 1.5×10−6 and 1.9×10−5 (mass fraction), respectively. The changes of inclusions with time are most consistent in the molten iron treated by SiMg and NiMg alloys. The sizes of inclusions in the final simples decrease obviously to about 2 µm and the kind of inclusions changes from Mn-Si-Al multiple oxides to Mg-Al spinel after adding Mg alloys and then holding for 15 min. While the size of inclusions is around 5 µm and the kind of inclusions is pure Al2O3 in the final sample after adding Al and then holding for 15 min. The amount of inclusions per unit area is the least, and the size of them is the most dispersive in the sample treated by SiMg alloy.
