氧化鈰對(duì)CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃燒結(jié)和性能的影響

摘 要: 采用燒結(jié)法制備添加氧化鈰的CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃材料,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行差熱分析(DTA)、X射線衍射分析、掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察和性能測試。結(jié)果表明:添加少量氧化鈰能夠降低玻璃的玻璃轉(zhuǎn)變溫度和析晶峰值溫度,促進(jìn)玻璃粉體的燒結(jié)致密化,但氧化鈰加入量過多將會(huì)阻止玻璃的燒結(jié)和晶化;氧化鈰的最佳添加量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))為5%;隨著氧化鈰含量的增加,樣品的介電常數(shù)呈“N”字形變化,而樣品的介電損耗則表現(xiàn)為先減小后稍微增加的變化趨勢。樣品的熱膨脹系數(shù)隨氧化鈰含量的增加基本呈下降趨勢。添加5%氧化鈰的樣品在925 ℃燒結(jié)后,其相對(duì)密度達(dá)99.1%,其介電常數(shù)、介電損耗和熱膨脹系數(shù)分別為6.7、0.09%和3.42×10−6 K−1

Effect of ceria on sintering and properties of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2
system glass-ceramics

Abstract:Glass-ceramics of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system doped with ceria were prepared by sintering method and were characterized by differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and property measurements. The results show that minor ceria addition decreases the glass transition temperature (Tg) and the crystallization peak temperature (Tp) of the glasses, and improves the sintering densification of glass-ceramics. But too much ceria addition will inhibit the sintering and crystallization. The optimal amount of ceria added is 5% (mass fraction). With increasing the ceria content, the dielectric constant of glass-ceramics changes like an “N” letter and their dielectric loss firstly decreases and then slightly increases. The thermal expansion coefficient of the samples basically reduces with increasing ceria content. The sample with 5% ceria sintered at 925 ℃ exhibits high relative density (99.1%). The dielectric constant and loss as well as thermal expansion coefficient are 6.7, 0.09% and 3.42×10−6K−1, respectively.
