摘 要: 討論了Si3N4-MgO-CeO2陶瓷常壓燒結(jié)過程中的致密化與相變。指出:對(duì)于Si3N4-MgO-CeO2陶瓷,在1500~1550℃為快速致密化階段,在1 550℃致密化過程已接近完成,α-Si3N4→β-Si3N4的相轉(zhuǎn)變過程滯后于致密化過程,在1550~1600℃為β相轉(zhuǎn)變百分?jǐn)?shù)急劇增加階段,在1600℃,α→β相變接近完成。α→β相變與其致密化并無直接、必然的關(guān)系。

Abstract:The effect of pressureless sintering on the densification and phase transformation of Si3N4-MgO-CeO2 ceramics was studied. For the Si3N4-MgO-CeO2ceramics, the densification process took place rapidly from 1500 to 1550℃and nearly completed at 1550℃; the phase transformation fromα-Si3N4toβ-Si3N4 took place rapidly from 1550 to 1600℃and nearly completed at 1600℃. The phase transformation process is behind the densification process and does not necessarily promote the densification of the Si3N4-MgO-CeO2ceramics.
