混合氣氛中的硫化腐蝕鮮①

摘 要: 含釩Fe-Ni-Cr合金在0.4%H2S-H2-7%CO2和1%H2S-H2-7%CO2氣氛中于600℃下的腐蝕產(chǎn)物包括外層疏松多孔、呈粉狀的(Ni,F(xiàn)e)S,其下致密的FeCr2S4和里層的Cr3S4。1%H2S氣體中腐蝕,F(xiàn)eCr2S4的上部還有(Fe, Ni) S塊的形成。釩與鎳富集于FeCr2S4/Cr3S4交界處。

Abstract:The scales of Fe-Ni-Cr alloy containing V formed in the gas mixtures of 1%H2S-H2-7%CO2and 0.4% H2S-H2-7%CO2consisted of the extremely porous outer (Ni, Fe)S layer, the middle FeCr2S4layer and the inner Cr3S4 layer. Patches of (Fe, Ni)S also formed at the outer area of the middle FeCr2S4layer in higher concentration H2S gas. V and Ni enriched at the boundary between FeCr2S4and Cr3S4.
