摘 要: 定向地分析了孔隙含量、形狀及其不同的位向關(guān)系在材料斷裂過程中的行為,采用灰色系統(tǒng)方法處理試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),由此建立抗彎強(qiáng)度σbb與孔隙度θ間的數(shù)學(xué)方程:σbb=σ0e-βθ,式中σ0為材料孔隙度θ趨近于零時的歸算抗彎強(qiáng)度值,β為表征孔隙形狀及其位向關(guān)系的特征指數(shù)。所建立的方程式與實(shí)驗(yàn)值吻合較好。

POROSITY OF COPPER-GRAPHITE COMPOSITE

Abstract:The effects of pore in the composite on bending strength were studied. A grey equation was set up using grey system method to analyze the relation between porosityθand bending strengthσbbof the material, which isσbbσ0e-βθ,whereσ0is the limit bending strength asθtends toward zero, andβis a characteristic constant related to pore shape, pore size and pore orientation. The derived equation fits well with the experimental data.
