摘 要: 在充分考慮鋁青銅合金綜合性能的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)鋁青銅合金微觀組織設(shè)計的基本原則,研制了一種新型高強度耐磨鋁青銅合金。對這種合金和國內(nèi)外同類合金的組織、性能進行了比較分析,特別對它們的摩擦學(xué)特性進行了深入的探討。研究結(jié)果表明,所研制的新型合金的各項性能明顯優(yōu)于其它同類合金,是一種優(yōu)良的工程耐磨材料。

ALUMINIUM-BRONZE ALLOY AND ITS
TRIBOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract:Based upon considering the comprehensive properties of the aluminium-bronze and judging by the design principles of the micro-structure of the aluminium-bronze, a new high-strength and wear-resistance aluminium-bronze has been developed; its structures, properties, and tribological characteristics were discussed thoroughly and compared with those of the similar alloys at home and abroad. The results showed that the newly developed aluminium-bronze is superior to other similar alloys in mechanical properties and friction-wear behaviours, showing the characteristics of a kind of excellent wear-resistant material for engineering uses.
