摘 要: 研究了Al-Si/Al-Mn三層復(fù)合釬焊箔冷軋復(fù)合工藝,分析了初始配對(duì)比和壓下率對(duì)軋制復(fù)合包覆率的影響;在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了復(fù)合包覆率的經(jīng)驗(yàn)方程式。同時(shí)也分析了成品冷軋前退火溫度、退火時(shí)間對(duì)成品力學(xué)性能的影響。

AUTOMOBILE HEAT EXCHANGER

Abstract:The cold-roll bonding process of Al-Si/Al-Mn sandwich brazing foil was investigated, and the effect of the initial clad rate and the cold-roll deformation degree on the clad rate was analysed, on the basis of which the empirical equation of clad rate was established. Also, the effect of the temperature and time of the per-cold-roll annealing on the mechanical properties of the finished products was discussed.
